Khichdo

4 portion whole wheat
2 portion toor dal
2 portion mung dal
2 portion rice grains
1 portion urad dal, Chana dal, orange masoor dal,
2.5 pounds gosh
Ginger garlic
Green chilies

Boil meat with lots of ginger garlic n salt n whole garam masala, oil and green chilies.

Boil the daals together with salt. Add some fresh ginger and oil. Then blend it.

Then mix the two.
Garnish with ghee biristo mint and ginger Julian's and lime
