Rava idly

Rava curd besan green chillies, salt, carrots finely chopped or shredded, capsicum finely chopped, onions finely chopped.
Some salt eno fruit salt pepper.
Mix well and set the batter aside. Now follow the usual idly cooking steps.


Achari Gosh

Now let's get cooking..
And this time something more flavorful and a little different from the normal taste..

Heat oil in a pan and add lots of onions. Add some ginger garlic paste too. Then add some salt and mutton and cook until tender.
Now I've cooked add curd, one tablespoon of saunf, methi, kilonji and some green chillies. Let it cook for like 20 mins on medium flame.. And then... Delicious finger licking Achari Gosh is ready to be served.
