Malido

Step 1
Make a dough of wheat flour and suji. Use lot of oil to knead it and v little water. Dough should be hard and have cracks.
Make thick rotis on medium or low flame and when it colds down just grind it.

Step 2
Make gol paak. Heat ghee in a pan on very low flame and add raisins and charoli. Then add gud/ jaggery. When it melts then remove the pan from heat and add the crushed rotis. Mix well.

Step 3
Heat ghee and as gunder. If hawai gaya Che then phute nai. If not then phutse.
Mix the gunder in the mixture prepared.

Garnish with dry fruits.

All the best.. Remember the key is the dough.. Make a nice tight dough!

Heat ghee in a pan add sev.. Roast for few mins then add all the dry fruits roast for a couple of mine then lastly add milk and milkmaid/ sugar. Let it cook in medium flame for 45 mins atleast. (Dry fruits used were almonds pista raisins charoli and kharak)

Ready steady drink!
